shout-music asked: Have you ever been to a foster the people concert? If so how was it? Did you get to see them after the show?

I was able to see them twice! My first time at Lolla and I got to have two of my records signed by all three and then at Buzz Beach Ball in KCKS. To me, when they performed at Lollapalooza it was an amazing performance. It was there first huge crowd. I felt that at BBB they were used to performing for such big crowds. They’re amazing live. You should go to one of their concert’s sometime when they tour again.

Okay internet! So I’m going to try my best attempt at doing a giveaway! 

So a couple weeks ago I was in LA with some friends and my friends just about love Foster the People to the ends of the Earth, and got to see them in LA and had meet and greet passes. Awesome right? Well they let me tag along since they had an extra ticket and it was pretty awesome to meet these guys and the show was fabulous too!

But personally I am not too big on these guys, like I really enjoy their music and all but I feel like I don’t really need this cool memorabilia, (since the only song I knew before the show was Pumped Up Kicks) so I thought some cool tumblr user would enjoy it more.

What’s included in this sorta cool giveaway you ask?

  • A signed Foster the People poster, signed by each member of the band
  • A concert booklet from their Summer 2012 tour 
  • A giant yellow flame hand glove from said tour
  • A double-sided poster included with the booklet, picture of the US with places they toured and ‘Free Mago’ on the other side
  • A laminate from the meet-n-greet with the tour dates listed on the back
